Mizuya Tansu B0798

This is an antique kitchen cupboard (mizuya tansu).

Scratches, stains, and cracks resulting from aging have been left as they are to maintain the piece's character.

Behind the sliding lattice doors, there is an inscription in ink dated "Auspicious day in April, Taisho 10 (1921)."

Structural issues, such as loose joints, have been repaired.

The interior surfaces have been sanded and cleaned as thoroughly as possible.

The sliding doors and drawers have all been adjusted for smooth operation.
