Charges Other Than the Product Price	・Shipping fee Items are delivered by Art Setting Delivery's furniture delivery service, "Kazai Omakase Bin." The shipping fee is determined by the size of the item and the delivery address. For details, please see the "Shipping Methods and Fees" page.
Application Validity Period	In principle, 5 days after order confirmation (the automatic email sent to confirm your order details).
Delivery Time	Normally, we ship the item within 7 days of completed payment, and it is delivered within 10 days of completed payment. If there is a delay because of bad weather, the carrier's circumstances or any other reason, we will let you know by email or other means.
Payment Methods and Timing	・Credit card Payment is confirmed when you place your order on this site. The timing of the charge depends on your credit card company's closing date and your contract terms. ・Bank transfer Please contact us through the "inquiry form" before you place your order. We will email you the amount due and our account details; please transfer the payment within 5 days, counting the day of your order. Transfer fees are to be paid by the customer. If payment is not received by the deadline, your order will be void. ・Cash Available only if you can visit our warehouse (Adachi-ku, Tokyo). Please contact us through the "inquiry form" before you place your order. You pay in person when you visit our warehouse.
Returns	Except where an item is damaged or differs from your order, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for the customer's convenience once the order and payment are confirmed. When your item is delivered, please check on the spot, together with the delivery company's staff, that there is no damage in transit. If you find any damage, please contact us immediately while the delivery staff are still present. We will collect the item, with the shipping paid by us. If we judge that the damage is difficult for us to repair, we will refund the full amount you paid. If the damaged area can be repaired, we will either repair the item or refund you, depending on your preference. If we repair it, we will arrange redelivery after the work is finished, and the shipping for that is paid by us.
