Zelkova-front kodansu (Japanese small chest) B0162

A small old tansu with a zelkova front, remade.
The body is finished in a deep blue that brings out the beautiful, powerful grain of zelkova.
Polished repeatedly, the surface is very smooth.
Together with the gleaming metal fittings, it has an elegant, high-end feel.
Damaged and missing parts have also been carefully restored, and it has been revived in a luxurious guise.
