Delivery Methods and Shipping Fees

For shipping outside Japan, please see the international orders guide. The delivery methods and fees below apply to deliveries within Japan. All fees are in Japanese yen.

Please choose how you would like to receive your item: "Furniture Delivery Service" or "Direct Pickup."

1. Furniture Delivery Service

Art Setting Delivery Co., Ltd. provides this furniture delivery service ("Kazai Omakase Bin").

We hand the item over at our warehouse, where the delivery company's staff pack it.
At the delivery address, the service includes unpacking, installation and removal of the packing materials, so that you can use your furniture right away.

Shipping Fees

The shipping fee is determined by the size of the item (its delivery rank) and your delivery address.
Select a tab from Rank SS to Rank G above the fee table below, and the fee to each prefecture is shown under it.

The delivery rank of each item is shown on its product page.

*Regarding Okinawa, delivery may not be possible depending on the delivery address and the size of the item.
Please contact us through the inquiry form before placing your order.
