Sun tansu (Japanese chest of drawers) B0084

A simple tansu with four drawers, to which we added an eye-catching circle. The top and both side panels of the body were planed down once and then painted.

On the front panels, where the beautiful grain of zelkova flows, plain, thick metal fittings are lined up in good order. It is a dignified sight that tightens the overall impression.
An original piece, with a striking face and a contrast between the dry zelkova wood and the gloss of lacquer to enjoy.
