A low table in padauk burl.
Made with an old hibachi as the legs, combined with the top of an old padauk zataku.
Total weight 135.6 kg. Heavy, with an overwhelming presence. A dynamic form shaped by nature.
The legs are finished in a glossy paint, and the top is painted and then carefully polished.
The top and legs separate. The top simply rests on the legs and is stable under its own weight. A positioning board and dowels are attached to the underside of the top.
The underside of the top has marks (recesses) where legs were originally attached, but they do not affect its strength.
