Kurinuki chadana (Japanese hollowed-log tea shelf) D0153

An old kurinuki chadana (Japanese hollowed-log tea shelf).

It has a very rare round shape.

Structural areas such as loose joints have been repaired.

The drawers and doors have been adjusted and open and close smoothly.

The body separates into upper and lower parts. Two dowels protrude from the lower unit, and the upper unit sits on them.

As this is an old piece made of solid wood, it has scratches, stains, cracks and warping.
